Appalling customer service. They have now stopped trading in UK, but still are in Europe under slightly different name. Online trading platform. They closed all live positions when they ceased UK activity and I had to actively 'chase' getting my money out of my wallet as they blocked everyone from accessing their own accounts. Took over 6 weeks to get the majority of my money back.
