UPGRADE: Trading Account Management - Must-Read for MT4 Account Users!

Hi there! Wish you a happy new year! Here comes an upgraded version of trading account management. This is the first important product feature introductions of 2021.

The information below is important to all traders and followers, so we strongly advise users to read it carefully.

Our features have been upgraded in FOUR major sections:

Account Management

1) Setting 'Default Account': You can now set one of your accounts as the 'Default Account' so it can be pinned at the top of the account list page. This account will be automatically set as the default trading account on your personal display page.

2) One BUTTON to stop following positions: This function is available for all COPYTRADERS (subscribers). Once you confirm to stop following the positions by the Signals, the system will stop following new position of any trade, however, this will not affect the existing positions until they are closed.

3) 'Minimum equity to follow' setting: This new function is applicable for the traders (Signal Providers). You can now set a minimum amount of requirement to the COPYTRADERS to follow your trading positions. If the amount is lower than the capital required, it will prompt with a message saying that the subscription is failed.

4) Broker Restriction added under 'Choose brokers': Once you enable this function, only COPYTRADERS with a trading account of your preferred broker can follow your trading positions. This function currently supports up to FIVE brokers during the same period.

5) In the new version of FOLLOWGUARD risk-control setting, both 'Advanced Setting of Varieties' and 'Stop Trading Time' functions have been removed. This leaves the new risk-control setting with COPYTRADE, Equity protection, Maximum single trade volume, and Maximum positions.

6) Layout adjustments on the trading account management page:

The Trader (Signal Provider) account consists of FOUR segments: Growth (Personal Page), Subscription, Setting and General. Users can view the latest amount by following and profit by following in the 'Subscription' tab and view the current subscribers-related information by clicking into the secondary landing page/tab.

The average trading account consists of FOUR segments: Growth(Personal Page), Subscription History, Setting and General. The average traders must have at least one subscription record in the history in order for the system to display this. You can view the current Traders (Signal Providers) you are following in the 'Subscription History' tab and the secondary landing page/tab shows the detailed information of the Traders you are subscribing to.

This layout adjustment does not affect the existing operating features to ensure you can enjoy managing your account in a more convenient and efficient manner. Give it a try now!

New Mode of Subscription Renewal

1) Automatic renewal approach: Followers who wish to continue to follow any Signal can do so by just switching on the Renewal switch during subscribing and the system will automatically process the subscription renewal when it expires.

Those who are using the old renewal mode will see their following positions remain until the subscription period expires. As for the COPYTRADE positions interrupted due to any unique situation, the COPYTRADER will need to renew the subscription under the original subscription fee.

2) Renewal fee payment method: Once a subscription expires, the system will automatically deduct the fee and subscribe.

Note: In certain circumstances such as insufficient FCOIN balance or abnormal or restricted trader/following accounts, the renewal will not be processed.

Upgrade of the risk-control system to handle malfunctioning

A new risk-control system to manage any trader account abnormality: This system is applicable to all trader accounts experiencing any form of abnormality whilst there is a follow position on-going.

The objective of this system is to reduce the COPYTRADERS' risk. The system's functions include execution of risk notification, feature restriction, and message reminder to the trader's account. Here's how it works.

1) When a malfunctioning occurs from an incorrect password on the trader's account is incorrect:

*In the case of following orders;

--Notify the subscribers after FIVE minutes.

--Close the following position within 15 minutes, and the risk-control mechanism of the Trader will be triggered.

*In the case of no following orders;

--Notify subscribers of the Trader experiencing abnormality within ONE hour.

In both situations mentioned above, if the trader fails to restore the account connection on time, and resulting in a loss to the subscribers, we will impose specific functional restrictions on the Trader and his/her account, including ceasing all the subscriptions, refund the subscription fees, and a ban of being subscribed.

2) When a malfunction occurs from other reasons affecting the Trader account:

*In the case of following orders:

--Notify subscribers after FIVE minutes.

--Close the following positions within 15 minutes.

*If there is no following order, the processing is as follows:

--Notify subscribers of the Trader experiencing abnormality within ONE hour.

In both scenarios stated above, if the Trader does not handle the issue in THREE days, the subscription will be automatically terminated, and a partial refund will be settled to the subscribers based on the actual subscription days.

3) Risk-control measures and restrictions on Trader accounts

When the Trader account has subscribers with on-going following orders and the password error occurs, the Trader account will automatically enter our risk-control list, which may trigger the following:

1.All subscriptions under the corresponding account terminated and refund the subscription fee in full;

2.The corresponding account cannot be subscribed;

3.The corresponding account cannot enter the Signal list;

4.A risk-control warning sign on the corresponding account's display page and homepage;

5.Traders (users) restricted from withdrawal.

4) System message to notify the user whenever a malfunction occurs:

Whenever there is a case of password error or other abnormalities, a system message will be sent to notify the affected user.

Note: If the user fails to restore his/her trading account to the normal state within 24 hours, the following order will cease to follow the closing position.

Connect Accounts

1) The new API account system can now support our users to automatically connect their trading accounts by using the password.

2) The notification of connecting to the account has improved.

Other improvements

The disconnected or expired trading accounts will no longer be displayed on the account list.
