This morning, some brokers' servers of DC experienced intermittent network unreachability or unavailability, resulting in problems with functions such as data statistics, signal synchronization, and copytrade. Technicians have now adjusted the network routing and restored connectivity at 11:08. We will continue to monitor the network connection status in case of re-disconnection.
Please note:
●If there is a closing order in the signal account during the disconnection period, its subscription account will follow the closing position after the connection is restored;
●After the disconnection occurred, the function of forced liquidation to copytrade order after the abnormal signal disconnection for more than 30 minutes was turned off at 09:30. If the signal account is disconnected for more than 30 minutes after 09:30, the copytrade order of its subscription account will not trigger forced liquidation.
