Habit are a double-edged sword 🗡 . Bad Habits can cut you down just as good habits can build you up. No surprise that every time what we perform is based on the habits that we have built for years 🍃 .. The Moment we open our eyes till it closes, we perform our daily routines with our habits. Morning waking up brushing our teeth, knowing to get the key for driving, grabbing our mobile, wallet before we leave our house are all our habits.

There are no such as good or bad habits except effective habits.
How do we build the habits with good outcomes?
💡 Track our habits so we will have clues and write 📖 ✍ them down to clarify. Make new habits that are simple, obvious, and attractive. Then break the bad one and replace it with a good one.
