Overall, GBP/JPY is trending upwards. Recently, GBP/JPY broke the resistance zone of 139.000.
Yesterday, it was reported that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is planning to hold a press conference this coming Friday on the COVID-19 measure that has been undertaken by the government.
Currently, GBP/JPY is testing to break above the key level of 140. Its next support zone is at 139.000 and the next resistance zone is at 141.400.
Look for buying opportunities of GBP/JPY if it breaks above the key level of 140.
