United States (US) Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick hit newswires late on Monday, skirting direct questions about a US-Canada trade deal outside of the Trump administration's own NAFTA re-negotiation, the USMCA.
During an interview with Fox Business, Commerce Secretary Lutnick reiterated recent talking points from the White House, declaring that "trade deals" will be coming, but avoiding directly stating who those trade deals might be with, or revealing any clear details about claimed trade negotiations.
