Vietnam’s industrial production increased by 8.9% year-on-year in August 2025, accelerating from a downwardly revised 7.4% growth in the previous month. It marked the seventh consecutive month of expansion in industrial output and the strongest pace since May. For the first eight months of the year, industrial output increased by 8.5%. On a monthly basis, industrial production rose 2.2%.
