ECB's tracker sees wage growth falling further in 2026

The European Central Bank's (ECB) wage tracker suggested on Wednesday that wage pressures are expected to remain lower and more stable in the first half of 2026.

The indicator showed the wage growth in the first six months of 2026 at 1.7%, down from 2.1% in the second half of this year and 4.3% in the first half.
