Residential property prices in Ireland increased 7.5% year-on-year in July 2025, easing from an upwardly revised 7.9% rise in the previous month. This marked the lowest level since March 2024, amid softer price increases for both houses (7.7% vs 8.1% in June) and apartments (6.0% vs 6.9%). Price growth also moderated in Dublin (6.0% vs 6.8%) and outside the capital (8.7% vs 8.8%). On a monthly basis, residential property prices rose 0.8% in July, following an upwardly revised 1.1% increase in June.
