Producer prices in Georgia rose by 3.8% year-on-year in August 2025 from 3.6% in the previous month. This marked the highest producer inflation since May, as prices increased faster for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply (12% vs 10% in July) and manufactured products (2.1% vs 2%). Meanwhile, costs eased for mining and quarrying (13.8% vs 13.9%) and water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation services (0.2% vs 0.6%). On a monthly basis, producer prices edged up to 0.1% in August, following a flat reading in the preceding period.
