Argentina’s Consumer Confidence Index slipped 0.3% to 39.81 in September 2025 from 39.94 in August. Results were mixed: the durable goods and real estate index plunged 14.9% to 28.80, while the personal situation index rose 3.2% to 42.26 and the macroeconomic situation gained 7.4% to 48.37. By income level, confidence improved 6.7% among low-income households but dropped 5.2% for high-income households. Regionally, confidence rose 9.6% in Buenos Aires City to 40.63, fell 0.8% in Greater Buenos Aires to 36.79, and increased 3.7% in the country to 44.65. Year-on-year, the index was up 2.1%.
