Serbia’s producer prices rose by 1.8% year-on-year in September 2025, accelerating from a 0.8% increase in the previous month. This marked the strongest growth since January, mainly driven by faster price increases in the manufacturing (1.7% vs 0.4% in August) and electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply sector (1.2% vs 1.1%). Additionally, costs declined at a softer pace for mining (-3.4% vs -5.6%). On a monthly basis, producer prices advanced by 0.2% in September, rebounding from a 0.6% decrease in the preceding period.
