During the Renaissance period, the Western world began journaling regularly. Ladies of the court in tenth-century Japan used pillow books to record their dreams and thoughts with images and poetry. . Type of journaling 🔎 💡 There are many styles such as personal or diary journaling, art journaling, and gratitude journaling but there is no best kind of journaling. Pick a method that works for you ✍ . My kind of journaling is meshing my needs and desires to set realistic goals. How to start 🤔 💡 Try to do it every day 🎯 !!! It is your own little tracking system that helps to get to know yourself better. Pick a comfortable time that you can commit to every day and stick to it. It is worth a try from my own experience. All gender 🧑 🧒 can do it!! I remember one of my guy friends said that it is a girl thing to do. Yes, more women are journaling, but it is not only a woman thing.
