While I have only experienced the DEMO account I did find that it was beginner friendly. The layout is easy to navigate and the website did provide a lot of information.

I regularly withdraw fund from ThinkMarkets and never faced any single problem.Most important thing is that here I can live chat 24/7 which is very rare in other brokers.
