How to Connect Your Existing Trading Account to Followme?

Step 1: Confirm Your Account

Check whether you already have a live trading account. If not, you can:

If you already have a live account, you can move to the next step and begin the connection process.

Step 2: Connect via Profile's Portfolio

For website version:

Go to your profile page and open the Portfolio tab.
In the Accounts section, tap Connect Account to begin.

For mobile version:

Open Profile: Tap the profile icon on the bottom right of the navigation bar to access your personal profile page.
Go to Portfolio: On your profile page, tap the Portfolio tab at the top, then press Connect Account to begin.

Step 3: Choose the platform you want to connect

After tapping Connect Account, select the platform type you want to link.

MT4: Supported through the current setup flow.
MT5: Connection is under development; users may need to submit a request before linking.

Step 4: Enter Your Account Details

When connecting an MT4 account, enter the following exactly as provided by your broker:

Trading Account
Password

After a successful connection, your account will be added to your Followme trading profile and portfolio. You can then:

1. Double-check the server name spelling exactly as provided by your broker — misspellings are a common issue.
2. If your broker or server is not listed, go to the Connect Account menu. After entering your server name, tap “Cannot find the broker?” and provide the broker company name and server name. Our team will review and update it as soon as possible for your best experience.
