The American Petroleum Institute publishes 1600 reported crude oil inventory levels for US crude oil, gasoline and distillate inventories every Tuesday. The data shows how much oil stocks and products are now available, so it can be understood how long the supply will last. Moreover, the data represents US oil demand by product and region, while monitoring US crude oil production and crude oil imports and refined oil products.
